Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return has been approved.
Warranty and Spare Parts
- Each product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which is transferable to the buyer.
- Under the warranty, selected spare parts are shipped free of charge from Poland. Other parts are shipped directly by the manufacturer via express delivery.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As noted above, the goods must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all labels attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
