General Information
By using this store, the user accepts these terms. All information provided on the website is binding for both the seller and the customer.

Products

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate.
  • Products may be shipped from our warehouse in Poland or elsewhere in the European Union, without any additional cost to the customer.
  • Products marked as "coming soon" or in pre-order are only available for reservation. Shipment will take place once the product becomes available in the warehouse.

Warranty and Spare Parts

  • Each product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which is transferable to the customer.
  • Selected spare parts are shipped free of charge from Poland. Other parts are shipped directly by the manufacturer via express delivery.

Orders and Payments

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in justified cases.
  • All prices are displayed in PLN and EUR, inclusive of VAT.
  • The EUR/PLN conversion rate is determined by the payment operator or bank.

Delivery

  • Processing time:
    • Poland warehouse: 1–3 business days
    • EU warehouse: 5–7 business days
    • Pre-orders: as described in the product listing
  • Delivery area: Poland and the European Union
  • Delivery methods: courier, in-person pickup (by arrangement), local delivery
  • Delays: delivery times may change due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control (e.g., logistics).
